Only the pagans honor the blessed trinity. A true follower of Jesus don't.
The Father is the one true God. The Son is the logos/reason/word of who comes forth from the Father. The Spirit is the breath of God who comes forth from the Father through the Son. The Father is the person of God, though there are three persons within the nature of God.
God the Father, and God the Son (Jesus) are one and thus neither is considered greater. God's one Church teaches and Scriptures include that Jesus is the son of God, that is the Son of the Father Who existed from all eternity, before the world and time were created. Jesus was God before His incarnation. Jesus is the only Person who has a true God nature and true Human nature. He is fully God and fully Man. He therefore has two wills, a Divine Will and Human Will. This was revealed by the Will of God. Jesus is God, the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, which has existed for all eternity. The Blessed Trinity is One God in Three Persons, a union and communion of three Divine Persons.
In Christianity, the Incarnation refers to the second person of the Trinity, the Son, becoming fully human, while maintaining full divinity. Jesus the Christ is both true God and true human. The incarnation is believed necessary for the salvation of humankind.
That is one of the many mysteries of the Trinity. We may not know until after we die.
The Catholic Cross was created when our Lord and Saviour, The Second Person of The Most Holy Trinity, hung upon it for our sins. Ever since His death, members of the True Church, have venerated the symbol of our salvation.
The motto of Trinity College Nabbingo is 'Be True'.
Joseph Boyse has written: 'A Vindication of the true Deity of our blessed Saviour' -- subject(s): Accessible book, Controversial literature, Early works to 1800, Divinity, Trinity
He is so hot
Yes, but just as a person is made up of a spirit and a body and only the body is capable of dying, so, too, Our Blessed Lord's Body which he got from Our Blessed Lady could die, His Spirit could not.
Our Bibles of today say the same thing the original manuscripts say. The word "trinity" is not mentioned in the Bible, but many passages of scripture lead us very strongly that the Trinity is true.
Some people believe it but no one knows if it is actually true.
