Injun Joe's target of revenge is mainly Tom Sawyer, as he blames Tom for his imprisonment in a cave. He also seeks revenge on other members of the community who have mistreated him in the past.

Man-Eater Bug can target monsters on either side of the field, meaning Remote Revenge can make it target itself at the very least. Old Vindictive Magician can only target its opponent's monsters. Remote Revenge cannot be used against it because it would try to make it target something it cannot.
