Who is the third voice in Wizards Vs Angels?

Hey, everybody has been asking this! I think the #rd voice in it is the detective who took them in for being wizards! I saw the same teaser and what I'm about to say is based strictly on recognizing voices. Alex says, "You're a wizard, a good wizard and you know in your heart that you don't belong here." Justin replies, "I'm no longer a wizard. I'm an angel of darkness." Then an older male voice says, "Enjoy your wings, fallen wizard as we cast our shadow on the earth." So it sounds to me like Justin gives up on the wizard competition and decides to become an evil angel. Alex tries to get him to come back to the good side. So yeahh and the new student is Rosie she is an angel so not good at magic! (LOL(:), and she looks like Juliette so Justin starts to like her!
