In the sailor moon movies such as: Sailor moon R, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon Super S Serena's voice was voiced/played by Terri Hawkes who voiced Serena in the first sereis Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon R and Sailor Moon S.But she was switched on and off with Tracey Moore in the first series.

In the Japanese version of the 90s animé, Usagi (also known as Sailor Moon) was cvoiced by Kotono Mutsuishi however Kae Araki was also the stand-in voice for Kotono in cases in which she was unavailable. For the English verison of Sailor Moon, Tracey Moore was originally the first voice of Serena/Sailor Moon but she left so she was replaced by Terri Hawkes who remained the voice of Serena until DiC's run with Sailor Moon was over. Linda Ballantyne took over the role of Serena for the S and SuperS seasons.
If you're referring to Terri Hawkes, who voiced Serena/Sailor Moon for all of the English-dubbed Sailor Moon movies in addition to episodes 12, 14-20, 22-82, she left the Sailor Moon cast and was replaced by Linda Ballantyne due to her pregnancy.
If you mean Sailor Moon classic then yes, it will be. The sequel to it is Sailor Moon R, practically the same series only with a different arc in the Sailor Moon classic series. Then there is of course Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon Super S. There is a fifth arc but unfortuantely never released in America. It's called Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. It has been confirmed that a new Sailor Moon anime is coming in the summer of 2013. At the 20 year anniversary Naoko Takeuchi (manga artist/author) and Kondansha Comics confirmed it. Along with the Japanese voice actor of Tuxedo Mask and actress of Sailor Moon at the event. So, yes it will continue.

Tracey Moore, before Terri Hawkes became the more well established voice actor. But for the later half the voice actor changed again to Linda Ballantyne. In the Japanese it were Kotono Mitsuish, but she fell ill for a few episodes and were filled in by Kae Araki. Miyuu Sawai voice acted in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.
