I suggest you check out macAskill.com. Born in Nova Scotia in the early 1800's before steroids and such, he stood 7'9" and weighed about 525 lbs. A true mesamorphic, he was extraordinarily strong. I suspect if he were a lineman in the NFL today, he would be without peer. He was reputed to have picked up a ships anchor weighing 2700 Lb. and walking with it.
