Whom we worship is Jesus Christ, Heavenly Father and God. Some schools and churches think that we don't, but I swear we do. If you are talking about what our leader of the church is called (Who takes care of the church) that is a bishop or priest. (From my perspective)

There is no real answer to this. Christians worship God and Jesus and Hindus worship a plethora of gods, one god, or no gods at all.

The early Christians (those in the first century) strived to imitate Jesus as their leader. This is why they were active Christian proclaimers in preaching the Word. Christians were also well known of refusing to worship the state or the emperor.
