He is a talented Tanzanian kid. He's born in May, 12th 1988. Real name is Alfred Rodgers Jr.

His music is of high standard and he produces his songs by himself and a support from a friend and a patner Lu (Oscar Lwoga).

BIOGRAPHY:

Throneboy real name Alfred Rodgers was born in May 12, 1988 in Moshi, Tanzania. At a very young age he was seen talented after been copying and re-writing some of Michael Jackson's songs. Singing and dancing went through his blood like it was seen to be his professional carrier. In 1997, he first had his shots by using his father's keyboard on sampling instrumentals and his music ideas seemed to be very matured compared to his age. School was his parent's first priority to their talented son but that didn't make Throneboy to be away from his golden talent.

In 2001, Throneboy started to gain some Hip Hop spirit and he started to write down rap songs. His first ever most written song was "Here we go on the game" it wasn't released but he has been proud of it because he managed to prompt his first rap song in that particular time. In 2002, Throneboy met RXD (Ibrahim Kenneth) a classmate who used to be his music partner and they made couple of songs like "Bros In The Club" "Round Up". Further more in 2003, Throneboy won a rap battle which titled him a King of Rhymes when he was at school.

In 2005, Throneboy had been much into music as a producer with more than 100 beats as self made samples. This was a time Throneboy was doing music for fun before he met Lu and form their current record label. In the late 2006, Throneboy met his high school friends Lu, Nti and Shinobi and finally Thronetower Entertainment was found. The first record done by the label was "How We Do It" produced by Lu and featured Throneboy and Vanessa Mdee (Lil'Miss Dynamite). That was an open time for Throneboy's carrier to blow and he did more songs like "Lean On That", "Ama Get No Fight", "Front", "Swish (Roll Around)", "Waves", "Let It Dance", "Bad Girl" and many more.

In 2010 till present, Throneboy is working on his first ever album tilled "TWEN-TWU" reflecting on the age his carrier gained success and a recognition. The album will be out in 2011, it was said it will be done by march but it is still in the making and Lu is the executive producer.
