Then that girl is at his house, (the first girl) and then texes him, and then stab him. She goes home and is terrifination. The other girl (girl two) comes to his house, sees him dead. She cuts off his head.
Then the two girls meet at that roof. Girl one looks in the bag girl two brought. Then girl two kills girl one. Stating that girl one is not pragnent. As she thought. It was just an exuse for Makoto to stay with girl one.
And at last. Girl two is with her precious Makoto... Well, the head anyways. On her yacht, looking for brand new adventures overseas.
