Who killed Kaylee Anthony?

It is believed by most people, that Kaylee Anthony was killed by her mother. Although a jury found Casey Anthony not guilty, a finding of 'not guilty' of a crime does not equal 'innocent' of the crime. The police in the case did an extremely thorough investigation of the case; they exhausted every lead they could find and were unable to find any other person connected to the child except her mother, who was the child's guardian and responsible for the child's welfare at the time of her death. The only information that Casey Anthony would provide the investigators about the disappearance of Caylee was proven to be lies.

Caylee Anthony's body, when found, was too badly decomposed to determine the exact cause of death. The evidence in the case was circumstantial and the jury, although not sure of Casey's innocence said there was not enough information to prove her a murderer.

This case is very similar to the OJ Simpson case in the fact that public opinion and the jury's decision are going to be very different. The jury found her not guilty on July 5, 2011. Whether or not she is actually innocent is something that we will probably never know.
