most likely spiderman
Green Goblin killed her technically as he threw her off the bridge but modern physics have shown that it was actually Spiderman's webbing that he used to try and save her that actually killed her as the impact slowed her momentum down and broke, I believe her neck, she was dead by the time he had pulled her back up to safety. So actually it was Spiderman who killed Gwen though if he hadn't she would have died anyway from the fall so it's sort of a combination of the Goblin and Spiderman.
Spider-Man never really directly kills someone in Sam Raimi's trilogy, but the Green Goblin (Spiderman) and Venom (Spiderman 3) are killed or vanished in a fight with Spiderman.
Iron man ,The Incredible hulk ,Spiderman ,and many more
