Moses.
It is notable that the Israelite people existed for several centuries and as a result, they had numerous leaders during that period. Moses is the most famous and most important of those leaders.

Joshua.
Joshua certainly would have believed Moses to be an Israelite, but nobody "alleged" that Moses was an Israelite. Moses was an Israelite because of his ancestry and because of his connection to the people and he believed he was an Israelite.

Moses was the leader who told the Israelite people that God would lead them to a promised land if they obeyed Him faithfully. He conveyed God's commandments and reassured the Israelites of God's promises as they journeyed through the wilderness. Moses emphasized the importance of faithfulness and obedience to God's laws to secure their future in the Promised Land.
The judges in the Bible were appointed by God to lead the Israelites when they needed guidance or rescue from oppression. They played a role in administering justice, delivering the people from enemies, and calling the Israelites back to worship God.
Isaac.
But they are the same people.
The book of exodus chapter 3 says You will guide my people out of Egypt.
The word refers to non Israelite people or nations. People distinct from Jewish people
