Malbork Castle (also called Marienburg Castle) was built and occupied by members of the order referred to as the Teutonic Knights. It was a military order formed for multiple purposes, protection of pilgrims, running hospitals, and crusading. They built Malbork Castle, in what is now Poland, as part of a crusade to conquer and convert pagans in that area.

I was unable to find names of people who lived in Kidwelly Castle. Since it was a royal castle, built for defense against a local population, and the king seems never to have lived there, it probably was only the home to its English garrison, or to the garrisons of the Welsh who occasionally took it over.
That depends! The castle, one of Europe's largest and most impressive was under continuous construction for nearly 230 years! The castle complex is actually three castles combined, with the first brick being laid in the year 1274 when the Teutonic Knights first arrived in Prussia at the request of the Prussian Royal family to help convert the pagan tribes in the area to Christianity. The castle as we recognize it today was finished sometime in the mid-fifteenth century, but largely destroyed (roughly 50%!) during WWII, and finally restored throughout the 1950's. Malbork is presently enjoying a much more peaceful existence as one of Poland's top tourist destinations and a cardinal source of pride for the Polish people.
Hever Castle was the home of the Boleyn family. Anne Boleyn lived there, among other people. King Henry VIII gave it to Anne of Cleves.
The construction of Malbork Castle (Malbork, Poland) was completed in 1231 and was founded in 1406.
