If you are talking about the first vehicle with or without an engine, one of the first vehicles was made in Itali by Guido da Vigevano in 1335. However there was a steam powered vehicle made in 1678 for the Chinese Emperor. Honestly I think it would be very hard to find the very first one. Those are some of the oldest ones that I have heard of.
In the early 1900's the Lohner-Porsche was originally an electric-powered car, then was made with an internal combustion engine powering hub-mounted electric motors. That was the first Hybrid Vehicle.
