To test stamina you would most likely use the bleep test to see how long you can last and the average is Level 9 stage 8. Stages are each little beep and levels go up with the more intricate beeps.
The bleep test and why it is used as well in finding out if you have the aprropriate level of fitness for a particular team sport.
Go to the gym. Do alot of practise everyday
The Beep Test

The components of fitness include such things as speed, stamina (endurance, aerobic fitness), flexibility, acceleration, power, strength. The beep test is primarily a fitness test of the aerobic (endurance) system. As the test requires you to stop, turn and accelerate after every 20 meters, the anaerobic energy system (speed and power) also has a role, particularly as the speed increases.

Yes there are collars that light up but I`m not sure if they beep. Yes several types but none that bleep. You can get illuminated dog collars, led dog collars, and reflective dog collars and lighted dog collars such as a Puplight. These days too, reflective dog harnesses and lit dog harrnesses are a good option, being far more visible as they cover more of a dog's body.
It means you’re f*cked. Get a new one.
Since the beep test goes up to level 23 (representing a VO2 max of just under 90 mL/kg/minute) it is quite likely that someone has completed the test, i.e. was still in action when the test ended, and there are people who could have passed this level in theory, for example notable Tour de France winner Greg LeMond tested a VO2 max of 92.5 mL/kg/minute. However, there are no documented evidence of anyone ever doing so, maybe because the beep test is a aerobic fitness test used mainly for team sports, and elite athletes in endurnace based sports would more likely do a VO2max test. The highest confirmed score in the beep test is is 19/2 by Håkan Mild a football (soccer) player for IFK Gothenburg. Luke Sandry
Its the last step of the POST (Power On Self Test) in which the BIOS tests the PCspeaker (the little tiny tinny speaker inside the case that you rarely here anything from other than the POST beep, its there in case of errors to beep in patterns so you can look up whats wrong based on the "beep code").
