Charter Arms, Smith & Wesson are two.
The Butler 22 caliber single shot pistol was made by Derringer. The Derringer company was founded by Henry Derringer. Derringer pistols are the smallest handguns available and were most commonly used by women.
100-500 depending on specifics
There were single shot pistols and revolvers.
Actually, most of the J or I framed revolvers in .32 caliber are SIX shot. The .38 caliber versions are 5 shot.
What is the caliber? Is it a lever action? Send EMAIL picture please to guncollector@att.net thanks, DON
Smith and Wesson makes several hammerless revolvers and to my knowledge they range from .22 all the way up to .44 Mag. The easiest way to tell what caliber a gun is chambered in would be to check the barrel or slide markings.
Currently, no on that I am aware of.
Single shot, revolver, automatic, semi-automatic
Shot placement is the most important thing. A 25ACP will kill you if the shot is placed properly. A pellet gun can kill you if the shot is placed properly. It does not mean it will stop an attack quickly. All handguns have stopping power. Some have less than others. According to many sources, the .25 ACP is one of the worst, if not the worst.

We're not sure either- you will need to take it to a gunsmith. There were dozens of different caliber 5 shot revolvers.
