Hiromu Arakawa is the manga-ka (story writer and artist) for Fullmetal Alchemist.
In the Japanese version of Fullmetal Alchemist the first series, her voice actor was Megumi Toyoguchi. In the second series, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, she was voiced by Megumi Takamoto. While in both of the Fullmetal Alchemist series for the English version, she is voiced by Caitlin Glass.
