Well overall, mascara is one of the makeup products that you dont have to spend an excessive amount on because they arent much different to those 30 dollar mascaras. Maybelline is one of the most popular drugstore brands and they make excellent mascara. I have to say, I was disappointed in the Maybelline The Falsies mascara, but their Colossal Volum Express waterproof mascara was really good, and their Great Lash is a huge hit. It's a good brand, comparable to any of those high end mascaras. Also, it's just so cheap!! It's never more that 10 or 11 dollars.

i use the colossal lash, and i LOVE IT, but it really isn't very water proof. honestly i wouldn't get maybelline, if you really want waterproof. i personally think covergirl has the best when it comes to stayin on.
