Stentor make good quality student(grade 2-7) cellos from around 300 to 800 pounds. I wouldn't however recommend the stentor 1 as the action is really awful and you can't really play in 4th position. I am grade 5 and have a stentor 2 which i love. I got it though the county music service( i live in England) an got about 250pounds discount, so it cost me 350 pounds including bow, case, and some resin(but stentor resin isn't very good for cellos, i would recommend hidersine). Apart from that, Zeller make cellos, but i have never played one, so i couldn't tell you much about them.
