The original was Amex with their "Black" card now referred to as the "Centurion" card. Astronomical fees ($5000 sign up fee, $2500 yearly, and $250,000 minimum purchases per year) provided you with status and a concierge service at your beck and call for every need.
I just received a Chase Sapphire Preferred and I was very happily surprised that it is metal as well. Yearly fee is only $95 so it's hardly exclusive. It does have a concierge service but it aint no Black card. It is the coolest thing to ever be in my wallet.

So the answer is no. You also should not be able to FIND credit cards with a metal detector - let alone mess with the magnetic strip on them.
