They're doing what AOL did, years ago, when they got themselves into a huge class action, law suit, from which they never recovered and had to pay every one of their cancelled accounts, each person, for years and years

4. Better Business Bureau (This will get you a call from their Executive Support Department) if the company cares about their standing 90% plus does care and will call you within days.

I don't know if you're complaining about CA also, but boy am I steamed. My Credit Cable Company, offers free CA anti-virus except every time a new operating system comes out we, the ISP customers, are last to get it. So, I had to purchase it when XP changed to Vista.
I paid ONE TIME, explaining, I am an ISP customer, I DO NOT want recurring charges on my card, once you (CA) catches up, I will go back to my free copy and I will cancel my paid copy and I did. This is the 3rd year, in a row, they have charged me.
Last thing business wants to do is to rip off a customer who has nothing better to do than complain and I'm going full tilt on this one.
