Talk to Fin in Flipperton. Fin will tell you to talk to Eunice. Eunice does have the recipe to make the liniment, but she needs help from Odysseus on the Sand Isles. Talk to Odysseus and he will tell you the measurements, and where to get lanolin. Return to Eunice. Eunice will tell you the rest of the ingredients she needs: Lanolin(Candide on Eldorado Isle), rosemary (Rika on Spice Isle), Camphor and Witch Hazel(Kiah in Rainy Meadows, who sends you to Engolo-mbe on Jungle Isle). Return to Eunice once you have all the ingredients. She will give you the Liniment, so return to Jubal.
