Its not very good to ask which is more advanced. They are all people like you and me and its not fair to judge them on their knowledge or culture like we are higher and smarter than them. Put a smiley-face underneath this if you agree.

The term "civilized" can be subjective and varies based on cultural perspectives. However, tribes such as the Iroquois Confederacy in North America, known for their sophisticated political system and democratic principles, and the Aztecs and Maya in Mesoamerica, recognized for their advanced agricultural practices, architecture, and writing systems, are often highlighted for their complex societies. Similarly, the ancient civilizations of the Indus Valley and the Nile Valley showcased remarkable urban planning and trade systems. Each of these societies demonstrated distinctive advancements that contributed to their classification as "civilized."
Several of the Native Americans were slave owners themselves. However, most of the Confederate Support stemmed from the fact that the Native American Tribes deeply mistrusted the Federal government. The Federal government had given the tribes no reason to support them, as they had been almost completely disenfranchised at the government's hands. The Union also did nothing to regain Native American support when the war began.
One of the most famous tribes in history is the Cherokee, known for their rich culture, language, and significant role in American history. They were one of the "Five Civilized Tribes" and played a crucial part in early American interactions. Their forced removal during the Trail of Tears in the 1830s highlighted the struggles faced by Native American tribes. The Cherokee continue to have a vibrant presence today, preserving their heritage and advocating for their rights.
The Indian Removal Act primarily targeted the Cherokee Nation among the Five Civilized Tribes. The Cherokees had adopted many aspects of European-American culture, including a written constitution and a system of agriculture, which made their removal particularly controversial. Their resistance to relocation, exemplified by legal battles like Worcester v. Georgia, highlighted the act's focus on displacing them from their ancestral lands in the southeastern United States. Ultimately, this culminated in the tragic Trail of Tears, where thousands were forcibly removed and suffered immense hardships.
Before 1820-1880, several Native American tribes resided in what is now Oklahoma, most notably the Creek, Cherokee, Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Seminole tribes. These tribes were part of the larger group known as the Five Civilized Tribes, recognized for adopting various aspects of European-American culture. The forced removals associated with the Indian Removal Act of 1830, particularly the Trail of Tears, significantly impacted their populations and territories during this period.
The Five Civilized Tribes, consisting of the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek (Muscogee), and Seminole, were indigenous nations in the southeastern United States known for their adoption of various cultural practices and governmental structures similar to European Americans. They engaged in agriculture, developed written languages, and established schools and legal systems. Their interactions with European settlers varied, leading to forced removal from their ancestral lands during the 1830s, most notably through the Trail of Tears. Today, these tribes continue to preserve their heritage and assert their rights in modern society.
