There does not seem to be a person named Winstone who can only speak Klingon. Klingon is actually a language that comes from the Star Trek television series and is not real.
A Klingon is a fictional alien race from the Star Trek science fiction television and movie franchise. The Klingons began in the original Star Trek series as enemies of the United Federation of Planets which is the governing body which the protagonists serve as part of Starfleet. But in later versions of the series the fierce Klingons became allies.

Yes, there is a Klingon version of the Bible, but it is only a translation from English and not from the original Biblical languages.
NO!
Question: Who invented the Klingon language? Answer: Scotty - Kesuvaglar Not really correct. James Doohan, who played Scotty, indeed devised the first few words of Klingon, but it was linguist Marc Okrand who really invented the language. You can buy his book, "The Klingon Dictionary" and learn the language. And in any case, it wasn't any university.

The Arabic language is one of several semitic languages (e.g. Hebrew, Aramaic, Moabite) that originated together thousands of years ago. It was not "created"; it is not an artificial language like Esperanto, Klingon, Quenya, Sindarin, Wood Elven, Khuzdul, Adunaic, Westron, The Black Speech, or Entish.
English was "created"--natural languages evolve, they aren't created. Something like Klingon is a created language, English is a natural language--by people living on the British Isles approximately where England is now.
