Kind of. He and Linda had a ranch in Tucson; she went to the university in town.
A rancher owns a ranch.
He owns a ranch outside Tucson; this is where his first wife Linda died. (Their code name for the ranch was "Santa Barbara", to allow them privacy when they visited. This led to some confusion, in the days following her death.)
To answer the original question, there is a McCartney Road south of Phoenix, outside of Casa Grande. Its name has no bearing on Paul McCartney. So the answer is No. Yes! McCartney owns this property in Tucson, Arizona: 14101 E Redington Rd Tucson, AZ 85749. Linda died there, in fact. I've read he keeps it as a memorial for the family

I am researching this right now, there are several places. TEP has a 2.24mw solar field, probably more now, they have a coal fired plant in south Tucson but they also buy some power from APS that owns Natural Gas plants south of Tucson and also one North of Tucson in Red Rock. They may also purchase electricity from the Palo Verde Nuke plant west of Phx, which provides about 35% of Arizona's electricity.
