Well Sean Connery was Bond for a while, and then George Lazenby came in to do 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service'. But, what was weird was that the next film had Sean Connery back as Bond, and then after that it was Roger Moore. So the order to date is:

It must be noted that Diamonds Are Forever (1970) was the last Bond film that Connery did for EON productions, after which Roger took over in Let and Let Die in 1973. However, Connery did another Bond role in Never Say Never Again (1983) for Kevin McClory. NSNA was a remake of Thunderball, and had a cameo appearance by Rowan Atkinson (Mr Bean).

The first "James Bond" movie was Dr. No, which did feature Connery in the Bond role, so if you're strictly asking about the movies, then the answer is "yes."

David Niven also played James Bond in an early version of Casino Royale.
