Japanese singer Gackt.
Kamui Gakupo is a male.
Gackpoid does not have an official age and most VOCALOIDs don't.
Gakupo's feelings for Gumi or Luka can vary based on the specific fan interpretations and the context of the songs or stories involving them, as Vocaloid characters don't have definitive relationships. In many fanworks, Gakupo is often depicted as having a close bond with both characters, but preferences can differ widely among fans. Ultimately, whether Gakupo "loves" Gumi or Luka is subjective and depends on individual interpretations within the Vocaloid fandom.
Apparently Kamui Gakupo was resurrected from the dead into the Vocaloid system, as so the case in Story of Evil. So, he might be around the age of 24-32, taken from the youth in his looks.
One of the most perverted songs by Gakupo is "Gakupo's Sexual Desire," which features explicit themes and suggestive lyrics. The song explores adult topics, often pushing boundaries with its provocative content. Fans of Vocaloid music appreciate its boldness, but it may not be suitable for all audiences due to its mature themes.
Officially, Megpoid Gumi does not like anyone. However fans have paired her up with just about any Vocaloid including, Gakupo, Kaito, Megurine Luka, etc.
Gackpoid was released 31 July 2008 so as of this writing, the software will be turning 4 years old in 2012. The character itself, Gakupo, does not seem to have an official age.

Rin plays a prostitute who belongs to Kaito. However, Rin finds true love in Gakupo. Kaito finds out and murders Gakupo. Rin is heartbroken. If you watch the pv, notice that the red string of fate between her and Gakupo is broken at this point. When Rin says she'll change for him, at the point where she changes into the black one shouldered kimono, she means she'll have to man up and get revenge. Rin kills Kaito, then kills herself. That's why at the end she and Gakupo are together and connected again.
