All US bills are printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing at facilities in Washington and Fort Worth.

Regardless of internet rumors, urban legends, and even popular movies ("Who's Minding the Mint?") the US Mint does NOT print bills. They're a completely separate part of the Treasury Department and only make coins.
