There are two Peter Pan stories written by his original creator: Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens (his origin) and Peter Pan and Wendy (the play, novel, movies, etc). The hospital that used to hold the copyright authorized another novel recently: Peter Pan in Scarlet. In addition there are more than a dozen sequels and prequels and such that have been published, but none of them are official.

Peter Pan was originally a play, so the biggest difference between that and Peter and Wendy is that the former is a play and the latter is a novel. :) The novel was published 7 years after the play, so there are some revisions to the story, things added, some left out, and some just told differently.The novel P&W was later published under the titles Peter Pan and Wendy and just plain Peter Pan. These are the same novel as P&W.
