I know of one for sure, it is SUNY Cobleskill. It is a Agriculture and Technology school but they offer Exploratory Studies that will help you transfer to another school after 2 or more years.
American Public University will accept most high school diplomas from accredited programs, including home schooling, online high schools and GEDs.
The high shcools where I grew up had night school courses for adults to get their GEDs. That was over 10 years ago and I don't know whether they still do it, but it's probably worth checking with your local school system.
