Someone scared by religious bs, obviously. Yes, obviously someone exactly like me... those of us full of spiritual fears and terror... and yes... even more obviously... someone with a bit more intellectual insight than my own lukewarm room temperature IQ.
Actually it is Albert Camus, an existential philosopher and writer. He actually found religion and any other answer to the world around us as useless because his belief, referred to now as Absurdism, is that there is no answer and therefore the search is futile and is "philosophical suicide".
