An anger trigger is something, say an action or a statement that "sets somebody off". This can be anything, and once it is "set" the person who it makes angry can go on and on. Starting first on whatever started it and then to everything said person is angry or hurt or frustrated by. Note: It is not enjoyable nor does it makes anybody want to be around the angry person...as they tend to bite everyone's head off.
