If you're referring to the SNES version of The Lion King then you have to battle Scar 2 times and on the third time just attack him until he is trying to back away from you to catch his breath, when he does this press the slash button that makes you use both your paws and you should, if you do it right, throw him off the edge. I have to warn you if you mess up on this scar will jump on top of you and if he does that you die and have to go all the way back to the beginning.ho

Both are masterpieces the same amount along with lion king 1½. The lion king is the best franchise and the whole franchise are masterpieces.
They both can win a fight with each other, but the one fighting in the home field would win. For example, shere khan would win the fight in a forest, but scar would win the fight in a grassland. Shere Khan is stronger, has more muscles with longer claws and teeth, and is heavier, but scar is a better fighter than shere khan.
Fortinbras in Hamlet would most likely be is Simba. Prince Fortinbras is also a parallel to Prince Hamlet who Simba has a similar role to in The Lion King. Both Fortinbras and Simba mourn their father's death and seek revenge at any cost. Also, Fortinbras wants control of Denmark that his father lost to King Hamlet similar to Simba who wants to reclaim his homeland from Scar.
it has been adapted into a movie (with various important plot elements gone horribly wrong) but not as a proper motion picture
Yes. Simba (Hamlet) is the son of Mufasa (King Hamlet,) who was killed by his brother, Scar (Claudius) Simba, in the end, gets rid of scar and becomes king (in the play, Hamlet killed his uncle, and also died himself. (The Lion King is a Disney movie, and that would be a horrible ending for a Disney movie).A list of Lion King-Hamlet character allusions: Sarabi (Gertrude), Timon & Pumbaa (Rosencrantz and Guilderstern), and Nala (Ophelia). Zazu is possibly representative of Polonius, and the hyenas could be Laertes though it is here that the Shakespeare allusions become more ambiguous.
