the answer is "People should be able to own a gun if they have a permit."
false
false - Gov NovaNet
Your question calls for an opinion. My opinion is that people SHOULD be allowed to own a gun.
There is no should in buying a gun. Federal law says you must be 18 for a long gun and 21 for a handgun.
yess keeegan ryba should be able to carrie a gun
A felon can sometimes get some rights back, but you should check with an attorney familiar with the process to see if you can.
States should not be able to create their own immigration laws.
Your question is rather vague. If you mean what should a physician do if someone OWNS a gun- I would ask why they should do anything. Owning a gun is not an illness, and is a right guaranteed to Americans. About 1/3rd of he households in the US own at least one gun- and I know several doctors that own guns.
The basic answer is no, felons cannot own guns anywhere in the U.S. If you want to try to do anything about it, you should contact an attorney in your area that is familiar with gun laws.
Because if you are against gun safety, you're probably dangerous when handling a gun. Many people that are not for gun safety never will and don't know as much as they probably should know about their gun/guns they own.
