Ray Rice for sure! I have both of them on my team. while I have them both benched this week if I didn't have enough other players I'd start rice. Gruden has stated that they're gonna start the year as a committee. I expect Darren McFaddent to get at least half of the carries week one. At the very worst, IF Mcgahee even plays, he'll only get like 5 to 10 carries... and that's a big if. Chances are mcgahee might not even play. Ray rice will get more carries than fargas... and I also think Ray Rice is pretty good. Look at his preseason numbers. Ray Rice it is.
Ray Rice

Yes it can as soon as the phone is removed from the water pat or shake it dry put it in a bowl of rice for 24-48 hours the most you would have to wait is a week after that it should work and you can still use the rice as well :)
Peyton Manning.
Drew Brees
Matt Ryan
The cool water will hydrate and begin to soften the rice, while the rice will slowly absorb the water. After a week, if left at room temperature, the rice will likely begin to ferment and develop mold due to bacterial growth. It is not recommended to leave rice soaking in water for that long.

Start lifting with what you are comfortable with and then gradually start adding weight. Ex. start lifting 5lb, next week (or every other week) make it a 10lb weight
