Don't shoot all the purple ones at once, so you are left with all the little ones - then you will run out of time. Shoot a purple one then get it's little bubbles. This is a good tip: stay in the left corner near the bouncy pad - that's what got me through! Then when you only have 5 or 6 little ones left run across and shoot them all (you will have to be quick).
