  • seven members of the Federal Reserve Board
  • five of the twelve Federal Reserve Bank presidents
  • the remaining seven Federal Reserve Bank presidents serve one year terms on a rotating basis
  • All Reserve Bank presidents who are not currently voting members of the committee, sit in on meetings and contribute to discussions.
