If by that you mean who survived and/or escaped the Games, there were 6 people. 3 of them, Peeta, Johanna, and Enobaria were captured by the Capitol but were later rescued by the rebellion in the third book. The other 3, Katniss, Finnick, and Beetee were rescued from the arena by Haymitch and Plutarch Heavensbee who was secretly working for the rebellion despite being a citizen from the Capitol
