There are many, many authors on this site. It is a wiki, which means that anyone can ask and anyone can answer the questions.
If you are trying to reference the site in your paper, use Answers as the author, and you use the date that you accessed the page for a website in most citation styles, but you can also check the question history for the specific date when the answer was written.
