No. I think to determine who the majority of American citizens/ registered voters want as their president it should be done by popular vote across the nation, not state by state. Wjy have a popular voting privilege if it can be changed by the members of the electorial college ogf each state. Members of the college pledge to vote as majority of their state did but they do not have to. That is wrong on so many levels. This needs and must be changed.
