I would talk to maybe your parents, police or maybe your school councilor?
Try to talk to one of the people who are involved in your community.. Talk about how much Drugs & Alcohol are affecting our people.. INCLUDING Your family & friends that you love.. If there are "Young People" out there doing drugs & alcohol.. Tell the person that's involved of your Hometown to open up a Youth Activity.. well, that's at least what I can say. Because that will help slow down drugs & alcohol.

That depends on if you are on any medications, and what one(s) you are on. If you are on anti-seizure medication of any kind, you definitely should NOT drink alcohol, at all. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist to determine if it is safe for you to drink alcohol, if you are not on anti-seizure medication.
