Benvolio told the Prince and Lady Capulet about the fight between Mercutio and Tybalt, and how Mercutio was killed. Lady Capulet was convinced that Benvolio was lying, but as always, he was telling the complete truth.
Tybolt was the one who told Capulet about Romeo and Juliet. He did this because his family and Romeo's family were in a fued so all he knew how to do was hate. Therefore all he wanted to do was fight. He hoped when he told Lord Capulet he'd be able to fight Romeo.
This is correct, but Tybolt did not tell Capulet anything about Romeo and Juliet. Tybalt recognized Romeo's voice. Tybalt never knew anything about Romeo and Juliet as a couple; nor did the Capulets until it was too late.
Juielt asked her nurse who romeo was, without know he was romeo. Her nurse didn't know and asked Juliet's cousin Tybalt. Tybalt told the nurse it was Romeo-a Monteugh(however you spell it) and then the nurse told Juliet
Friar Laurence is the one who told the Prince about Romeo and Juliet's secret marriage and the tragic events that ultimately led to their deaths.

Mercutio is not a prince although he is related to the Prince, Escalus. He is Romeo's friend and serves as comic relief and a foil to Romeo before getting himself killed which starts a sequence of events resulting in Romeo getting banished and seperated from Juliet.
Romeo isn't destined to marry anyone. He does fall in love with Juliet. Juliet is the one that is destined to marry Paris.
