Hitler was VERY persuasive. Hitler rose to power by being voted in.
No Hitler was not voted into leadership. He came to power when President Paul van Hindenburg died. Then Hitler was telling Germany that he was going to help them and so then they made him president. Unfortunately he turned on them.
He was leader of the nazi party that got voted in to power

Hitler became chancellor in 1933 as leader of the Nazi party. This was also the year Nazi party came to power and 'burnt the books' to prevent any other parties gaining power. Later on that year he became leader of the Nazi party.
He was powerful simply because people voted him into a position of power, namely as the Chancellor of Germany.
