i learned this in 6th grade but just to make you learn more ill recite the whole ancient history of the israelites

first their leader Abraham the founder of monotheism (which more than 80 percent of the world practices today) lead the israelites out of assryia which is in modern day Iraq and then brought them to a place called canaan eventually there was a famine strike and they were forced to move south to Egypt where they lived happily for 600 years until they were enslaved over jelousy and but eventually moses and the Jews escaped from Egypt and fled to the sinai desert and after 40 years of roaming they eventually settled back in canaan where they were reunited by King Solomon the 2 after he died the nation collapsed into to different citties Israel in the north judah in the south after a while the chaldeans and the meads both teamed up and split irael and judah exiling all the jes to other parts of the world the end
