Apu is married to Manjula. This happened in the Episode "The Two Nahasapeemapetilons". It was an arranged marraige, so at first Apu pretended to already be married to Marge (Homers idea, and with his permission) to get out of it. In the end, he found out that Manjula was gorgeous and they had a lot in common.
