Silly question really. If we are talking Great Britain, there have been only four King William's.
King William
King William IV and Queen Adelaide.
Yes she will. When William becomes King the woman he is married to will be Queen.
Yes, she will become the Queen Consort, whilst William will be the King Regent. (because he was born into the royal family he will be the regent- she will be the Queen Consort as she is his wife)
Her uncle, King William IV.

When the queen dies or retires princes charles will have the decision to become king or pass it down to william. And if charles becomes king then if he dies or retires william will be king
Adelaide was the wife of King William IV. He was king she was his queen consort, so she was not "on the throne". She was queen only because she married William. By the way, it is the British throne not the English throne.
King and Queen County is located in the Middle Peninsula of the tidewater region in Virginia. Established in 1691, it was named for King William and Queen Mary of England.
