Nooh was the prophet, and the messenger of GOD(Allah), and he builded a ship coz he knew that there would be a Flood coming, so he could get saved from the flood with other humans who had their faith in him that the flood would be coming and pairs of animals.... watch Nooh's Arc (English Movie)
