Telost was not one of the three kings.
The 3 Kings, or wise men, were Caspar, Balthazar & Melchior.
Yes, the three kings - Melchior, Caspar, and Balthazar - are considered Catholic saints. They are part of Christian tradition as the Magi who visited the baby Jesus after his birth.
The traditional names are Balthazar, Caspar (or possibly "Gaspar") & Melchior. However, The Bible doesn't give their names and in fact doesn't even say they were kings or that there were three of them.
The wise men are not named, but tradition has it that they were named Caspar, Melchior and Balthasar.

The cast of The 3 Kings - 2000 includes: Paul Freeman as Melchior Sienna Guillory as Roxana Ron Moody as King Herod Neran Persaud as Balthazar Vanessa Redgrave as Priestess
We can say they were wise men and not kings, as kings do not travel alone without his army. But the gifts by which wise men are not mentioned in the bible and therefore the number of wise men or magi is not known nor if each magi brought one gift or multiple gifts.
Assuming there were three - and most people only assume there were three because there were three gifts, but there could have been more - tradtion gives them the following names: Balthasar, Melchior, Caspar.
The three wise men in the biblical story are traditionally known as Caspar, Melchior, and Balthazar. They are also referred to as the Magi who visited baby Jesus after his birth.
Three Kings Day is celebrated on January 6th, twelve days after Christmas. It is often viewed as the last day of the Christmas season (the end of the 12 days of Christmas). Also known as The Epiphany, Three Kings Day (Día de los Reyes) is a Christian celebration that commemorates the Biblical story of the three kings who followed thestar of Bethlehem to bring gifts to the Christ child. According to the Biblical story, theThree Kings - named Melchior, Caspar and Balthazar - presented the Baby Jesus with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. I could not find the year it started.
Balthazar
Their names were Caspar, Melchior and Balthasar - known collectively as The Magi.(Magi is the plural of Magus -meaning 'wise man' from which we get the word 'magician'.)
