Yes The Bible was written by divine inspiration as the men of God wrote as the Holy Spirit gave them to write. Scripture is there for "whosoever" will believe. Not all of mankind will accept it as truth, but it was written for all mankind.

Additionally:

As the salutation of Revelation says:

"...God gave this revelation to Jesus TO SHOW HIS SERVANTS THE THINGS THAT MUST HAPPEN SOON. Jesus revealed it to John, His servant, sending it through His angel." (Rev.1:1 IEBInternational English NT)

Presently, during this period of time God has allotted to man, to rule the earth on his own... He inspired the revealing of Himself to "Faithful" men [in these latter days] through the Bible, to know what His plans are and what moves He's going to make in the near future to save man and the earth from utter destruction. These "Faithful" are the ones who will receive "mansions" or "offices, thrones and positions of authority" in the Kingdom of God when Jesus returns to establish it on earth.

"...when the Son of Man shall sit in the throne of His Glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, Judging the twelve tribes of Israel." (Matt.19:28)

The majority of mankind is not yet meant to understand it, until the time of the end... the time when Jesus returns and at the Last Great Day -- Judgment Day, when Satan will be removed from deceiving the nations of the world. The Holy Spirit of God will then reveal it to the hearts and minds of all men.

For now... the Bible is the Guide for Living [the "Owner's Manual," if you will, in the ways of God] for conducting the lives of those He's calling to train in Christ to rule the coming Kingdom with Him. Few men know and understand that.

When God's Kingdom is established to rule the nations on earth -- THEN, the Bible will become the LAW OF THE LAND on earth. It will be the RULES by which the nations will conduct daily business; for instance, the observance of God's commanded Holy Day feasts:

"...and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with Thee... And THE LORD SHALL BE KING OVER ALL THE EARTH: in that Day shall there be ONE LORD, and His name One." (Zech.14:5-9)

This revealed information is there for ALL MEN to read. But, few men read it... and few of those who do don't believe it. Right now... it's prophetic information for God's Faithful to know and believe and act upon in their lives, to train for that moment of the King's return... to instill Hope and Trust and confidence in them.

Zechariah tells us that, at that time [when Jesus is Lord over all the earth], the nations of the world will adhere to the commands of Christ and His saints... and begin observing the annual "Feast of Tabernacles" that's recorded in Leviticus 23 for the Faithful of God to observe even today.

"And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem [those nations are gathering, now, at this writing] SHALL EVEN GO UP FROM YEAR TO YEAR [for a thousand years; the duration of Christ's thousand-year rule] TO WORSHIP THE KING, THE LORD OF HOSTS, and to KEEP THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES." (Zech.14:16)

Most people can't "believe" or "imagine" or even "think about" the whole world... ALL THE NATIONS ON EARTH... keeping what men call the "Jewish Holy Days" every year for a thousand years. But by that time, all men shall have learned that they never were the holy days of the Jews -- but:

"...the Lord spake unto Moses, saying... even these are MY FEASTS." (Lev.23:1-2)

"...declare unto the children of Israel THE FEASTS OF THE LORD." (verse 44) Not the "feasts of the Jews."

These, and all of the Words of God [the Bible] ultimately belong to ALL MEN... for the sake, benefit and Eternal Life of ALL MEN.

And men shall also discover at the end of Christ's thousand year rule, that the Bible shall JUDGE THEM: measure their life's works against what is written therein.

"He that rejecteth Me, and receiveth not My Words [the Bible], hath One THAT JUDGETH HIM: the WORD THAT I HAVE SPOKEN, THE SAME SHALL JUDGE HIM IN THE LAST DAY." (John 12: 48)

God made Adam and Eve [contrary to popular belief, today]. From them ALL THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH sprung. God's Word was "verbal" in those days. But, the Bible arose in the latter days for the last generations to know God's plan. For a witness and warning to all men. It's a Divine, Permanent and Eternal record of what was... and how it shall be. The Living Word of God.

It contains the laws of God for men to know how to conduct themselves; how to behave toward Him [humbly, respectfully, fearfully]... and toward one another [humbly, respectfully... as if each of us were Christ Himself]. It would be a much different world if all men did that.

But, all men don't know that, yet. Most men don't read the Bible. Nor, is God calling most men, yet, to understand His Word.

For now, the Bible is mainly for the "instruction, training, rebuking and correction"... the "CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT" of the called-out "servants of God." Those whom God is calling to train for Kingdom offices, thrones and positions, together with Christ, to teach the nations His ways.

"Do ye not know that the saints shall Judge the world?..." (I Cor.6:2).

"...the saints of the Most High shall take the Kingdom, and possess the Kingdom for ever... Judgment was given to the saints of the Most High; and THE TIME CAME that the saints possessed the Kingdom." (Dan.7:18 & 22)

"When the Son of Man shall come in His Glory, and all the Holy angels with Him, THEN shall He sit upon the throne of His Glory... THEN shall the KING say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed of My Father, INHERIT THE KINGDOM PREPARED FOR YOU FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD..." (Matt.25:31-34).

"...he that overcometh, and keepeth My works unto the end, TO HIM WILL I GIVE POWER OVER THE NATIONS: and he shall RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON..." (Rev.2:26-27).

Such information is not for ALL MEN, yet. Man's governments will not yield their power to anyone, willingly. Including to other men. This is the present concern of the nations... against other nations.

For now, the nations see no threat from God. They don't "believe" in Him and feel no threat from Him. The Bible is a book of fables, lies and errors to them. Ancient superstition that's utterly inconsequential to reality.

But "THE TIME WILL COME" [when their allotted time has run out] when they will have the Truth revealed to them. It will be a time of "sinking dread"... when the world stands on the brink of annihilation. It will be a facing of reality and the Truth... that point in time when ALL MEN will "believe" the Bible. The time when the whole world SEES GOD.

"And except those days should be shortened, THERE SHOULD NO FLESH BE SAVED: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." (Matt.24:22)

"...THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven: and THEN shall all the tribes [nations] of the earth MOURN, and THEY SHALL SEE the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with Power and Great Glory." (Matt.24:30)

"...ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the Beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the Beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him are Called, and Chosen, and Faithful." (Rev.17:12-14)

The Bible is made for ALL MEN... in the course of "time." But, only those whom God is calling NOW can know and understand His Words, as God's Holy Spirit opens their hearts and minds to His Truth. God needs to train up the first generation of His Children, first. And they, together with His Firstborn Son, will teach the rest of His Family His ways [the vast majority of mankind who have lived and died in satanic deception and ignorance of Him].

"...as in Adam all die, even so in Christ SHALL ALL BE MADE ALIVE. But every man in his own order: Christ the Firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's AT HIS COMING. THEN COMETH THE END..." (I Cor.15:22-24).

God's plan for His creation is on a "time schedule." And "in time" ALL MEN will know and understand that the Bible was made for them. But, the "time" is not yet.
