Deborah
There are two women that figure prominently in the Defense of Ancient Israel: the Prophetess and Judge Deborah, who helped Barak lead an army against the Canaanite King Jabin, and the woman Jael who killed the Canaanite General Sisera with a tent peg.
Her name was Deborah. The people of Israel had been oppressed by Jabin, the king of Canaan. So One of Deborah's judgments was to instruct Barak to summon 10,000 men and attack Jabin's army. Judges capts 4 and 5
A judge, who happens to be a female, is still a 'judge' a modern term that is gender neutral.
