Titanic did not have enough boats for everyone. Although she actually provided more lifeboat accommodation than was legally required, the disparity between her capacity and lifeboat capacity was 2.369.
There was not enough lifeboat capacity for everyone to be saved.
The poor people that were lucky enough to get on a lifeboat were mainly women and children since they were prioritized, there might have been a few men but it is unlikely.
Yes it just did not have enough for all passengers.
(Apex) In the spaceship framework, humans share the limited resources of the Earth; in the lifeboat framework, there are enough resources for some and not others.
Big enough to require lifeboat drill in passenger ships. (I know, I've done it)
a good twenty people, but there were never enough life boats for all the passengers anyway
In what country? Not in the USA since they haven't been nominated (sold enough albums).
Because it wasn't good enough, I guess! What other reason could there be! You may have liked it, but the majority didn't.
The only Academy Award Karate Kid was ever nominated in was Best Supporting Actor (Pat Morita). It was only nominated, no victory. It did not qualify high enough to be considered "Oscar material" at the time of its run.

There's no definitive reason. It could be argued that no other animated films were good enough to me nominated but I also think the Academy has a prejudice against movies that aren't long epics or are completely serious endevors.
